As a family business they are all dedicated to offering excellent customer service and offer a high quality of skips with a quick and easy booking service. We often require emergency skips, and they always meet our needs, with collections that are urgently needed they are very accommodating and have never failed to address any specified timings.
As a business they have contingencies in place that cover any holiday or sickness that may arise, so they don’t fall short on delivering.

We have used Morley for years, and I can honestly say that they our one of our favourite suppliers – everything is so easy from start to finish, and most importantly they always deliver and collect on the agreed day. They have a wonderful friendly team, and are a pleasure to deal with.
I couldn’t recommend Morley Skips highly enough and they are easily head and shoulders above other companies we have used before. Not only do they offer great value for money, but their service is also second to none. They have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions and have even got us out of a pickle by delivering to an area that they don’t normally cover last minute as we were let down by another firm.
9 times out of 10 they’re able to deliver/collect/exchange when we need it and on the rare occasion they can’t, they always offer a speedy alternative date. For the last two years we have engaged and used the services of Morley skips. They deliver skips to the East and North of the Essex County for my company and this area has grown over the last two years since we began using them. We have always found their customer service to be on point and exemplary. We have found the staff and management to be knowledgeable and are always on hand to offer advice when needed. The company is a family run business and as such there is no corporate ties when they have to make decisions. You get quick answers to questions and at times when a late request is made, we have always found them to “get the job done” to their best ability, which is all we can ask for.
When it comes to ordering we like to stipulate to our customers the times of skip deliveries and more so skip collections. Morley skips have always served us well with this and are on time which had been a great help and allowing us to work better with them due to this. The quality of the skips is excellent with no holes in the base or rust, which when dropping off on customers driveways do not leave any marks. The drivers they use for the drop off and collections take their time and ensure the skips are not dragged or run along the floor causing potential damage to customers driveways or pathways.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Morley skips for their range of services, customer service and speed of turnaround. Its also nice to deal with people in an office that are nice people to deal with.
