We are also dedicated to offering greener solutions to our customers, and are constantly seeking innovative ways to reduce our environmental footprint. We are proud to be an Environment Agency-registered recycling centre, which means we meet the stringent best-practices outlined for waste management, from both an environmental and regulatory perspective. Our ongoing goal is to reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfill, recycling as much in-house as possible via our waste transfer station.
With a background in finance and business, James runs the day-to-day management of the fleet and site, as well as heading up our sales and customer accounts teams. That doesn’t mean you won’t find him driving a lorry or hopping on the JCB though!
Though a director and our WAMITAB holder, you’ll often find Clive organising lorries, delivering skips and ensuring the plant runs smoothly. There isn’t an element of the business he isn’t involved in, or a piece of equipment he doesn’t know how to drive!
Though officially retired, Grandpa continues to actively support and encourage the growth of the business and loves still being part of the action.
Victoria runs all of our systems, customer services and co-ordinates everything from marketing and accounts to MOTs and HR.
Amy co-ordinates all of our orders, organises our fleet and keeps our drivers on their toes!
Carole is our financial whiz! She monitors all orders, invoices, bank records and, most importantly, ensures everyone gets paid.
Bells is our head of security and chief taste-tester when there are goodies in the office. You can often hear her when you call the office or visit us!
Our fantastic team of pickers. They work extremely hard to ensure that as much waste as possible is recycled.
Our wonderful team of fully-qualified drivers are helpful, knowledgeable and reliable.
